７～８月は毎週島内各地区で盆踊りが開催される。
地区ごとに曲や踊りが異なるのも興味深い。
アップテンポの曲がずっと流れている地域、比較的ゆったりめで子供の参加が多い地域。
出店も賑わいお祭りムード全開なので浴衣を着ていくのもおすすめ。
会場に足を運べば、太鼓の音に心が躍り、今まで持っていた盆踊りのイメージが覆される夜になる。
忘れられない夏の思い出になるだろう。
From July to August, Bon Odori festivals are held every week across different districts of the island. Each area has its own unique music and dance style, which makes exploring them especially fascinating.
Once you step into a festival venue, the rhythm of the taiko drums sweeps you in, and any preconceived image you had of Bon Odori is instantly transformed. It will become a summer night you’ll never forget.
