「割烹」。と聞くとやや敷居の高い印象を受けるが、気さくに美味しいものを良心的な価格でいただける「市松」。
割烹という名の通り、和を重視した料理がメニュー表に連なる。
The term “kappo” (traditional Japanese restaurant) might give the impression of being a bit intimidating, but Ichimatsu is a friendly place where you can enjoy delicious food at reasonable prices.
As the name suggests, the menu is filled with dishes that emphasize Japanese cuisine.
勿論、新鮮な地魚の刺身盛りや、島唐辛子の主張が絶妙な塩梅のべっこう寿司は、マストでオーダーしたい逸品だ。
他にも魅力的なアイテムが多々ある。和の創作料理とも言える「和風グラタン」は、来店した客のほとんどが注文するイチ押しのひとつ。
丁寧に取った出汁の香る餡に、柔らかなクリームソースが乗る。その意外性と滋味深い味わいは、国籍年齢問わず愉しめ、口にスプーンを進む手が止まらない。
子どもが大好きなフライドポテトや、趣向を変えた和風ステーキなど、様々な角度から攻めてくる。島民の支持率が高いのも頷けるお店だ。
Of course, the sashimi platter of fresh local fish and the bekko sushi with its perfectly balanced island chili pepper flavor are must-order items. There are many other appealing items as well. The “Japanese-style gratin,” which could be called a creative Japanese dish, is one of the restaurant’s top recommendations, ordered by almost every customer.
A soft cream sauce is placed on top of a fragrant sauce made with carefully prepared dashi broth. Its unexpected combination and rich flavor can be enjoyed by people of all nationalities and ages, and you won’t be able to stop eating it. The restaurant also tackles various other topics, such as french fries that children love and a twist on Japanese-style steak. It’s easy to see why this restaurant is so popular with the islanders.
